Healthinsuranceinfo.net is a project brought to you by Georgetown University’s Health Policy Institute. Researchers at the Institute have created these consumer guides in an effort to provide accurate, unbiased, understandable information to people seeking to get and keep health insurance. Since 1997, this project, which provides the general public with comprehensive consumer guides to health insurance for all 50 states, has been supported by several generous grants from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
We are a non-profit, academic research institute. We accept no commercial advertising, nor do we charge a fee for the consumer guides – all our materials are free. Even so, keeping these consumer guides up-to-date requires considerable ongoing effort and expense.
If you like this website and want it to continue offering helpful information to you and others like you, we would appreciate your financial support.
